Completed Deals:

• Davenham, which provides services to small businesses, has acquired leasing and hire purchase specialist Manor Credit for £25.1 million

• Corporate investors Balderton Capital has provided £3 million of pre-launch funding to Wonga, an online personal debt management service

• Creative agency MM has announced a management buy-out for an undisclosed sum

• Private equity firm Mid Europa Partners has acquired Austrian-based mobile phone operators One GmbH for an undisclosed amount

• Vehicle transport group AutoLogic’s Spanish arm Walon Iberia has been acquired by Bavarian Automotive Logistics for €6 million (£4.1 million)

• Permira and US-based KKR private equity groups have merged their combined 88% TV holding in Munich-based ProSiebenSat.1, which has subsequently purchased Luxembourg’s SBS Broadcasting for €3.3 million (£2.22 million)

• Engineering firm WS Atkins has announced the management buy-out of its property agency business, Lambert Smith Hampton, for £46.5 million

• US-based Universal Music Group has bought UK music group Sanctuary for £104 million

• Electric vehicle manufacturer Tanfield has acquired US lift maker Snorkel for $125 million (£62.5 million)

• Deutsche Bank's infrastructure unit RREEF has agreed to buy some 50% of German motorway service operator Autobahn Tank & Rast Holding AG from UK private equity house Terra Firma for an undisclosed amount

• Compressed Natural Gas services company CNG is expected to be subject to a management buy-out by July 4

• Dublin-based Trinity Venture Capital has confirmed plans to list on Dublin 's IEX market under a holding company called TVC Holdings and AIM

• Tanfield has stated its intentions to raise £115 million through placing new shares at £1.63 to fund acquisitions

• Jersey-based CI Group has agreed to sell its leisure business to private equity firm Duke Street Capital and freight operators Europa for £260 million
